Diagnostic & coaching interview
50 minutes with Dr. Brent via secure video — a thorough diagnostic interview and your first ADHD coaching session. You leave with immediate strategies to start building life-changing habits right away.
ADHD Report & Mindset Training Plan Review
30-minute session to walk through your full diagnostic report, flow profile, and personalized High Performance Mindset Training Plan. Your complete roadmap forward.
Optional: coaching & daily accountability
Up to 8 ADHD coaching sessions with Dr. Brent to execute your plan. Daily text-based coaching between sessions keeps you on protocol — building the habits, mindfulness anchors, and flow routines that last.
